Concierge-level Service.
At Mayflower, we are dedicated to making the process of finding a nanny enjoyable and accessible. We believe that exceptional childcare should be within reach for families, without being cost-prohibitive.

Permanent & Temporary Placement.
For each permanent placement of a Mayflower-trained Nanny, a one-time fee is payable to Mayflower Agency upon the nanny's acceptance of the position. Placement fee is set at a small percentage of the nanny's first year on-target-earnings. For temporary assignments, including event nannies and maternity nanny placements, a custom fee is assessed.
